Inspired by the experience of travelers and travelers in Nigeria, film producer Olumide Balogun is set to release a blockbuster titled “Coach from Lagos to Abuja”.

The film featuring Akin Lewis, Adunni Ade, Tina Mba, Maryam Booth, Paul Sambo, among others, will hit theaters across the country on October 16, 2020.

Talking about the film, Olumide said: “I am passionate about telling stories about social issues that people don’t really talk about. In this case, it’s about sharing the experience of interstate road travel. The journey is often unpredictable due to the Nature of the Interstate Transportation System in Nigeria “.

Adding that he was very impressed with the support from the cast and crew, the producer revealed that the cast’s choice was based on personality, adaptability, technical intelligence, unique Nigerian sensibilities, among others.

Her words: “A story like this always looks better with lots of familiar faces, so I set out to find these qualities in the cast.”
