Babra Laurilliard, a 60-year-old US citizen, was reported dead in Warri, Delta state.

According to reports in the daily publication, Babra Laurilliard died in a hotel with her alleged boyfriend in Okuokoko, in the local government area of ​​Okpe, Delta state.

The deceased arrived in Nigeria at the invitation of her boyfriend, who kept her at a hotel in Warri before moving her to another hotel where she died, it was learned.

It was deduced that before the deceased’s death she coughed profusely and had difficulty breathing and defecating.

She was rushed to an undisclosed hospital, but her condition deteriorated just as she left the ghost.

Our correspondent reporting that the police have arrested this online boyfriend suspected of Internet fraud.

When contacted for comment, Delta State Police Commissioner CP Mohammed Hafiz Inuwa confirmed the report in a phone conversation with our correspondent in Warri.

CP Inuwa said: “She is a US citizen. She came to Nigeria. She is over 60 years old. She is friends with one of the Nigerian children. She visited him in Nigeria. He kept her in a hotel in Warri before transferring her to that Hotel near the Orerokpe side.

“While they were together for about a week, the woman coughed and had difficulty breathing as well as defecation.

So yesterday they took her to the hospital, where her condition worsened and she finally gave up. That her alleged boyfriend is now with the police in Orerokpe.

While noting that she called the Health Commissioner at Delta State to contact the NCDC because of the symptoms the deceased gave her before she died, CP Inuwa, however, cautioned police officers to be very careful about the way they treat with said boyfriend so as not to fall victim and become infected with the dreaded Coronavirus.
