Eliminate Body Odour Permanently With These Simple Cure: In this article, I’m going to be sharing with you how to permanently cure and eliminate body odour without doing much. Body odour is any unpleasant odour that comes from your body. This includes bad breath, smelly feet, and even smelly hair. Body odour is particularly distressing because it can be difficult to get rid of. It is disturbing not only for you but also for the people around you. Aside from the embarrassment, it causes you, it also takes away your confidence and makes it extremely difficult for you to relate to other people. If you find that people don’t want to be around you for long or grimace every time you open your mouth to speak, it may be because your smell puts them off. Body odour is usually due to personal negligence over a period of time. It can be frustrating when you try hard to smell good and it just doesn’t work for you. As troublesome as the condition may be, better personal hygiene is usually enough to cure body odour.

What Causes Body Odour?

  • Poor personal hygiene
  • Health Conditions: Respiratory tract infections and mouth ulcers cause bad breath (halitosis). Liver disease can cause a bad smell.
  • Drugs
  • Ingestion of spicy foods

Here’s how to permanently eliminate body odour:

  • Wash your body twice a day – (Eliminate body odour)

We live in a sunny and dusty environment so we tend to sweat a lot and accumulate more dirt on our bodies than in temperate regions.

  • Wash with soap and sponge – (Eliminate body odour)

Water alone is not enough to remove dirt from our body. Using just water will only smear the dirt on your body more.

  • Wash your armpits and feet well. – (Eliminate body odour)

Wash until you smell only soap in those areas. However, be careful not to use a sponge that is too strong for your skin. Lesions on the skin can also cause an unpleasant odour.

  • Shave your armpit regularly to allow sweat to evaporate easily  (Eliminate body odour)

Body odour is mainly caused by excessive sweating. The humidity plus the heat gives space for bacteria to thrive and cause unpleasant odours.

  • If you keep your hair long, wear a shower cap to protect your hair from water.

Hair tends to smell bad when it is not properly dry.

  • Avoid using deodorant to mask body odour.

You can use deodorant immediately after bathing, but using deodorant to mask the odour after it has settled will only make it worse.

  • Brush your teeth for two minutes at least twice a day.

You should brush your teeth in the morning and at night before going to sleep. The bristles of your toothbrush should not be too harsh or you will develop mouth sores and bad breath. If they are too soft, they will not be effective. Brush after eating fish, eggs, or foods that have strong odours. Get in the habit of carrying mint-flavored (mint flavor) candy with you because you may not always be able to brush your teeth after meals.

  • Avoid eating spicy foods like garlic. – (Eliminate body odour)

Garlic has a very strong odour and can be excreted in sweat. The odour also lingers in the mouth and on the skin for days after ingesting it.

  • Always wear clean clothes – (Eliminate body odour)

Do not reuse your underwear until you have washed it.

  • Wear clothes that allow air to reach your skin (Eliminate body odour)

The air will dry up excess sweat and prevent bacteria from acting on your skin.

  • Take off your shoes (especially covered shoes) after a long day and let them dry in the sun before wearing them again.
  • Do not reuse your pair of socks before washing them.
  • Eat healthily
