The Federal Government announced Thursday September 5 as the date for the full resumption of international flights to the country.
The Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, Captain Musa Nuhu, made the announcement during Thursday’s briefing of the Presidential Working Group on COVID-19.
Nuhu said that the government is pushing for the implementation of the reciprocity principle against citizens of some countries that impose strict travel conditions on Nigerian citizens based on COVID-19 cases in the country.
He said a full list of affected countries would be released along with the COVID-19 protocols.
