Health Benefits of African Pear (Ube) for Women: Ube also known as African pear or bush pear It is a native West African fruit found mainly in southeastern Nigeria.

It is very healthy and nutritious and contains properties such as soluble fiber, carbohydrates, fatty acids, vitamins (C, B1, B6, Folate, Niacin) and minerals (Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Iron and Zinc).
