Atlético de Madrid forward Luis Suárez has promised not to celebrate if he scores against Barcelona.
Suarez traded the Camp Nou for the Wanda Metropolitano this summer after six years.
Barça informed the 33-year-old that he was above the requirements and he was forced to leave.
Suarez came close to signing for Juventus, before finally joining Atlético on a 6 million euro transfer.
The Uruguayan forward will face Barça on November 22 and when asked if he would celebrate a goal if he scored, Suárez told ESPN: “If I scored against Barcelona I would not scream or go crazy, but I would surely aim somewhere.”
Suarez has already scored two goals in three appearances for Diego Simeone’s men.
