In addition, an Aliyu Saidu, suspected of being a false soldier, was arrested with 2.3 kg of Cannabis Sativa on a commercial bus from Lagos to Makurdi, on Monday, September 13, at the Aliade checkpoint, in Benue state. .

In Kano, a Shuaibu Yusuf, was arrested on Friday, September 17 with 537 kg of cannabis sativa, hidden between bags of cement in a truck, while in Ogun state, five people were arrested on Tuesday, September 14 after his truck carrying 552 kg of cannabis was intercepted at Ogere Remo, along the Lagos-Ibadan highway.
