The National Examination Council, NECO, released the date for its 2020 exams for three upper secondary students on Tuesday.
The board, in a press release signed by its registrar / CEO, Professor Godswill Obioma, announced that the NECO SSCE will take place from Monday, October 5, 2020 to Wednesday, November 18, 2020.
The examining body also announced that the admission of JSS1 students to Federal Unity universities will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2020.
Basic education certificate (re-sit) exams are also scheduled to be held on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November 2020 for the prescribed relevant subjects.
“The BECE for JSS 3 students, also conducted by NECO, will begin on August 24 and end on September 7.
“The exams of the National Business and Technical Examining Board will begin on September 21 and end on October 15.
“Other details of the schedule indicate that the high school certification exams for SS3, conducted by NECO, will begin on October 5 and end on November 18, 2020,” reads part of the statement.
