This was stated by the president of the federation, Malam Ibrahim Gusau, on Saturday in Ilorin at the National Elective Delegates Conference of the Nigerian Referees Association (NRA).
Gusau, represented by an NFF official, Malam Muhammed Ameenu, tasked the incoming leadership of the association to come up with development plans, forecast, organize and ensure that the future of Nigerian referees is properly nurtured and watered for the growth of the game. .
While reiterating the NFF’s unwavering support for the NRA in its quest to change the face of soccer in the country, Gusau said the VAR installation is for the growth and development of soccer.
