Must Read

Sure, let’s make this blog post simple and easy to understand for everyone:

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is giving out ID tags to journalists. These journalists will cover the governorship election in Edo State on September 21.

They handed out these ID tags at the secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in Edo State.

Sam Olumekun, who is in charge of Information and Voter Education at INEC, said that 114 media companies sent the details of 721 journalists who will cover the election.

Olumekun also said that the full list of journalists and their details is now available on INEC’s website and social media. Anyone can check it there.

He promised that all accredited journalists will have full access to all voting and counting locations.

Olumekun also asked all media companies and election observers to follow their professional rules and INEC’s guidelines during the election.

I hope this version is clear and easy to understand!
