In a bold movement to advance the economic growth of gender inclusion, a non -profit startup in a mission to build a critical mass of 1 billion people, taking personal and collective actions for a better future for Africa, taking measures, in collaboration with the World Bank, will organize its inaugural Conference of Women 2025 on Tuesday, May 13 in Aboja.

According to the beautiful Chinese-Obi Ebere, co-founder of Do Take Action, companies led by women are economic growth engines with a market share of approximately 40% of companies in Nigeria, but continue without acquisition opportunities.
“We are asking for intentional policies, starting with a 30% acquisition objective to level the playing field and unlock the total economic potential of women in Nigeria. This event aims to catalyze national conversations and commitments on gender acquisition (GRP) and create greater access to acquisition opportunities for women owners and aimed at companies (globules) in Nigeria.
“The event is open to women's owners, government agencies, donor organizations, civil society groups and media partners. We expect a dynamic meeting of more than 700 participants, including senior government officials, donor agencies, women businesswomen, private sector actors and the media.
On the basis of the success of the economic empowerment scale of women through the acquisition initiative (sweep), the conference will serve as a platform to evaluate progress, share success stories and boost processable solutions.

The call to the affirmative acquisition of 30% echoes the growing demand for institutional reforms that prioritize economic equity. The organizers emphasize that achieving this objective requires a strong political will, responsibility mechanisms and dedicated acquisition pipes for businesswomen.
