The Nigerian Police of the Federal Federal Development Authority of Capital (FCDA) was arrested on Monday by the Nigerian police for accusations of criminal conspiracy and supplantation of the President of the Institute of Nigeria Project Managers (CIPMN).
Cipmn claimed that the official, Mr. Jamilu Isa Yankwashi, had been going through the president of the institute for many years.
According to a court order granted Nigerian tribeIt was signed on May 23, 2025.
The Order says: “In the main court of magistrate 1 of Karu, it abounces between the inspector General of Police and Jamilu Isah Yankwashi.
“The arrest warrant of the accused person to all police officers, while Jamilu Yankwashi of FCT Abuja has the position of crime of conspiracy and criminal supplantation. Therefore, they are told to arrest said Jamilu Yankwashi dated this May 23, 2025.

Confirming the arrest, the general registrar of the Chartered of Project Managers of Nigeria (CIPMN), Mr. Henry Ifeanyi Mbadiwe, said: “Jamilu has been arrested by the Office of the Police Inspector General (PGP).
“The police began an arrest warrant and signed by a judge on Friday, May 23, 2025. Today, on May 26, 2025, Jamilu was arrested by the police in the Hall of the FCDA, where he tried to start a 5 -day training and induction of CIPMN members, although the room was Scanty.”
Mbadiwe Further Stated That: “For Years Jamilu, Who is a Staff of FCDA, you have impersonated the office of the president of cipmn and has on multiple occasions colleced public founds this disight mens, claiming to have the authority to issue cipmn graduates. Yankwashi, Alongsis The Former Chairman of Council, Mrs Victoria Okoronkwo, Who Were Part of the Cipmn Council dissolved by then Mr. President Muhammadu Buhari, have continued to parade as institute officers, cheating the Nigerian public, ”said the registrar.
Cipmn said Yankwashi is currently at the police headquarters in Abuja.
