The organization of Nigeria standards (Son) has praised the Federal Government for the appointment of Yahuza Ado Inuwa as President, Governing Council of the Organization.
In a statement of the Management of Son, the standard agency applauded the decision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stating that Alhaji Inuwa contributes to are a great experience, visionary leadership and an unwavering commitment to national development.
“Inuwa’s appointment comes at a crucial moment when the Nigeria standards organization is intensifying efforts to promote standardization, quality guarantee and industrial competitiveness in line with best national and global practices.
“The Director General/Executive Director of his son, Dr. Ifeanyi Chukwunonso Okeke, on behalf of management and staff, said that the leadership of the new president will further consolidate the mandate of Son to safeguard lives, promote products made in Nigeria and promote an economy driven by quality.
“Okeke said the Council would improve the determination of Nigeria’s standards organization to positively contribute to Nigeria’s first policy, stated by President Tinubu on his ‘renewed hope’ agenda.
“We are sure that with Alhaji Inuwa at the head of its Governing Council, they will continue to strengthen its impact on the construction of a safer Nigeria, more productive and compatible with the standards.
“They are expecting to work closely with the President and the Council to advance in the Nigeria standardization agenda for national growth, industrial innovation and global relevance.
“Once again, congratulations to Alhaji Yahuza Ado Inuwa. We wish him a successful and shocking possession,” the statement concluded.
It will be remembered that Ado Inuwa, along with others, was recently appointed for the Board of Son of the Governing Council by the President.
