An aspiring for the elections of Governor of Osun 2026 under the Congress of all progressives (APC), Kunle Rasheed Adegoke, San, has declared that the renewal of the tourism sector of the State and reinforcing Ile IFE as the cradle of civilization and the spiritual capital of Yoruba are some of the things it would do when you choose as governor.

The main lawyer said this during a recent commitment to the interested parties of the party in Ila Orangun.

Adegoke declared that Osun is blessed with some of the best tourist sites in the country, in addition to being respected for being the home of one of the oldest civilizations in Africa.

According to him, one of the best ways to develop a state is through the tourism sector, which attracts thousands of people inside and outside the country. This, in turn, said, opens opportunities for trade, entertainment and other forms of creative and commercial efforts that make a state prosper.

“The state of Osun is a treasure of cultural, historical and natural attractions, from the sacred forest of Osun-Osogbo to the Erin Ijesha and Ayankunugba and Oranmiyan cascades in Ile IFE,” he said.

The governor’s candidate emphasized that his commitment to the State is his motivation to make a rain of innovative ideas to ensure that people enjoy creative leadership and governance that provide development and growth for all.

Integoke added that its tourist agenda for the State will be driven by people and technology in a way that takes advantage of mobile applications and other related innovations to obtain convenience and safety.

“It’s not just about tourism and transport; it is also about empowering our young people through work opportunities in tourism and other related sectors,” he added.

While revealing its ‘origin of the project’ to reinforce Ile IFE as the cradle of civilization and the spiritual capital of Yoruba, he said: “Tourism is a fruit of low step for the economic diversification of OSun. By improving access to our cultural reference points, we will attract more visitors, we will stimulate local trade and reduce the relationship with federal associations.”

On the other hand, he pointed out that developing the tourism sector is only part of its plan for the State. He added that the general panorama and the projects for the State are equally development and will be announced in the next few days.

The APC leaders and parties chose Adegoke’s commitment to the party and his leadership agenda for the OSun people.

Dr. Obawale, former Culture and Tourism Commissioner in the state, compared the origin of the Adegoke project with the Karele Oodua project that he developed while he was in office.

Obawale described the plan as “a change of game for the tourist potential of OSun”, pointing out that demonstrates the leadership of Adegoke with a vision of the future.

Hon Femi Falseye, who represented Ila/Boluwaduro/IFEDAYO BEHITUENCY of the State of Osun in assemblies 7, 8 and 9, urged the main lawyer to be firm in the propagation of their governance strategy throughout the state.

Adegoke urged residents and party members to support their candidacy, emphasizing their commitment to transparent governance and pragmatic solutions that the State will develop.

“Together, we can build an Osun where tourism thrives through the creation of wealth and opportunities for all,” he said.
