A lawyer in Indiana, the United States, called Mark Zuckerberg, has filed a lawsuit against the Meta Executive Director whose name shares to prohibit it repeatedly on its social media platforms, the country’s media reported.
The man, described as a “bankruptcy lawyer,” said he filed the demand because his life has been negatively affected by sharing the same name with the youngest technological mave.
He added that not only receives more than 100 emails every day of people who think they are writing with the executive director of Meta, but rarely can make a reservation in a restaurant without being hung because people confuse it with a joker.
But what irritates it most is being forbidden on Facebook and Instagram despite investing tens of thousands of dollars in ads for the simple reason that its name is Mark Zuckerberg.
Since 2017, Mark Zuckerberg’s advertising page has been disabled five times for allegedly impersonating the famous founding goal.
He revealed that it was an irritating feeling for him, knowing that he has been using the name for much longer and has been practicing the law since Zuckerberg of Facebook was three years old.
He said he had lost $ 11,000 in advertising fees, since he was never reimbursed every time his page was disabled for allegedly impersonating Zuckerberg.
“We remove your page because you are trying to impersonate our founder. Good attempt, Zuck fake!” This was one of the messages that Indiana’s lawyer received every time his advertising page had deactivated on Facebook.
He never has the opportunity to demonstrate that it is Mark Zuckerberg, so after his last prohibition, he decided to file a demand against goal.
In his complaint, the lawyer shared a copy of an email thread of 2020 in which he refers to the fact that he has been in contact with his repeated prohibitions since 2017.
“In addition, if you find the youngest and youngest Mark Zuckerberg, say that I said Hello and he causes me a great aggravating one every day,” the lawyer wrote in an email to Meta.

After the lawsuit of lawyer Mark Zuckerberg and the buzz around him, goal has recognized the strange situation, promising to find a solution.
“We know that there is more than one Mark Zuckerberg in the world. We are working to try to prevent this from happening again,” the platform announced.
