… Otuaro urges Niger’s Deltans to support the 2027 re -election offer of Tinubu
The administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has expressed a deep appreciation of President Bola Tinubu for strongly supporting the recent deployment of the agency of his beneficiaries of foreign postgraduate scholarships.
Otuaro said that the PAP, as in the last count, had sent 161 beneficiaries of graduate scholarships to universities in the United Kingdom for the academic year 2025/2026.
He also expressed his gratitude to the National Security Advisor, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, for his invaluable contribution and orientation in the exercise.
He attributed the large number of beneficiaries so far deployed abroad for studies in several relevant programs for the industry to the support and generosity of the president.
He urged the interested part of the Niger Delta to be with President Tinubu and support his re -election offer in 2027.
Otuaro emphasized that the president has demonstrated good intentions for the region and deserved reciprocal action in 2027.
Remember that the PAP office had a penultimate week of the week organized department information for two lots of the beneficiaries in the sponsorship of foreign postgraduate degrees in Abuja.
Otuaro pointed out that the “decision of the PAP for the massive deployment is aligned with the renewed agenda of hope of Tinubu and his true love for the people of the Niger Delta.”
He said that the president was aware of the challenge of the region of the development gap of human capacity and the need to close it, train people and galvanize socio -economic growth and development in the area.
According to him, the human capital development gap can be closed more and more if the great deployment of scholarship beneficiaries inside and outside the country is maintained.
Otuaro also said: “I am eternally grateful to his excellence, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, for gently supporting the presidential amnesty program as we deploy beneficiaries of foreign scholarships for the academic session.
“But for the magnanimity of the president, it would not have been possible to send to 161 beneficiaries to universities in the United Kingdom, the number is enormous and aligns with the renewed agenda of hope of his excellence and reflects his eternal love for the Niger delta.
“I am also immensely grateful to the National Security Advisor, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, for his incredible usual guide and supervision, which helps us a lot.
“I am very encouraged by the support of the president of our formal initiatives for vocational education and training, and its strong desire for socio -economic development and development of our region.
“I think that if we support the large amount of scholarship deployments inside and outside the country, the question of the human capacity development gap in our region will be addressed decisively.”
The Pap helmsman replied his call to all the beneficiaries of scholarships to take advantage of the opportunity, complete their programs successfully and return home to add value to the development of the region and, in fact, of the country.
