…campaign turned off flags on the same day
The All Progressives Congress will inaugurate a National Electoral Management Council on Friday.
According to the national secretariat of the party, Ebonyi State Governor Francis Nwifuru will act as Chairman, while his Cross Rivers and Imo counterparts, Bassey Otu and Senator Hope Uzodimma, will act as Co-Chairmen.
The statement further revealed that campaigning for the November elections will commence on the same date as will be flagged by the National Chairman of the party, Professor Netanwe Yilwatda, and the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio.
Both events will be held in Onitsha.
