The All Progressives Congress (APC) has raised alarm over alleged vote buying in the ongoing 2025 gubernatorial election in Anambra State.

The alarm was raised by the State Publicity Secretary of the party, Dr. Valentine Iluobi, while speaking to newsmen shortly after casting his vote at Electoral Units 001 and 002 of Mbala-Okafia, Nimo, Njikoka Local Government Area of ​​the state.

Iluobi alleged that vote buying is taking place in various electoral units in the state.

“As I speak to you, vote buying continues in my electoral unit and other units across the state. The parties involved in the law, except the APC, are mainly APGA and the Labor Party.

“Please, INEC and security agencies should take note of this and act accordingly,” he said.
