President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sent a list of three ambassadorial candidates to the Senate for confirmation.
This was revealed by the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, during the plenary session on Wednesday.
The nominees include Kayode Are from Ogun State, Aminu Dalhatu from Jigawa State and Ayodele Oke.
“The list contains three names for now, I am sure others will follow,” Akpabio said after reading President Bola Tinubu’s letter.

This is the first list of ambassadors that Tinubu has sent to the Senate since he assumed office in May 2023.
