Manchester United’s manager, Erik ten Hag, really wants to get AS Monaco’s midfielder, Youssouf Fofana, this summer.
According to the UK Sun newspaper, Manchester United is planning to bring Fofana to their stadium, Old Trafford, to make the team stronger.
Fofana, who is 25 years old and from France, is also talking with the Italian club AC Milan to join them.
But the same newspaper says that Manchester United is now trying to stop the deal with Milan and get Fofana for themselves.
This would be the second time Manchester United has done this. Earlier this month, they took forward Joshua Zirkzee from AC Milan’s plans too.
