The journalists announced on Tuesday in Eket by Obong Kingsley Etop, the general director of his campaign team, who said that the step is aimed at improving educational infrastructure and digital literacy in the area.
Obong ETOP said that the six -class block recently built at the NDUO EDUO High School, OKON, was delivered under the Sustainable Development Goals project (SDG) to address the critical need for learning space and promote a more conducive academic environment for students in the area.
He added that a similar effort, a ICT Services and Services Center fully installed, equipped and with solar energy, implemented under the initiative of the Universal Services Provision Fund (USPF)/Digital of the Nigeria Center (DNC) of 2024, was facilitated in community high school, hate.
The general director emphasized that “the ICT center is part of the Okpolupm Etteh programs that are aligned with the Arise Agenda of the Governor Umo Fog, particularly in education.
“The center would improve learning and research by promoting digital inclusion and connection of public schools with broadband Internet services. The ICT center has 40 modern computer systems, a projector and an uninterrupted energy supply through solar energy.” According to him.
