The British singer and songwriter, Victoria Beverley Walker, popularly known as Pinkpantheras, retired from one of her two apparitions scheduled at the Glastonbury Festival this year in England.
The canceled performance was originally scheduled for Thursday, June 26 at 11 pm at the stage of smaller levels in Silver Hayes.
The organizers of the Festival have now confirmed that the Australian DJ Rosa Terenzi will fill the space, starting 30 minutes before and playing until midnight, when Canadian musician Marie Davidson will take over.
Porskpantheress is expected to take your second set at the festival on Friday, June 27 at 7.30 pm on the largest Woodies stage.
Speculation between festival attendees suggested that cancellation could be linked to concerns about possible overcrowding in the smallest place, but organizers have dismissed the claims.
“This change was not absolutely as a result of overcrowding fears; the artist simply could no longer do this performance,” the organizers said. “But she is still playing her forest set.”

Cancellation occurs only one day before the Glastonbury Festival begins. The 2025 edition will be held from Wednesday, June 25 to Monday, June 30, with main events, including 1975, Neil Young and Olivia Rodrigo.
Other artists announced for this year include the winning rapper of Grammy Doechii, Charli XCX, Wunderhorse, Raye, the Irish hip-hop trio Kneecap and a surprise act announced as mosaic.
Pinkpantheress, 23, amounted to fame in 2021 after several of his songs, including “Just a Waste” and “Break it off”, went viral in Tiktok.
Later he won the sound of the BBC of the 2022 survey, with his singles “Just for Me” and “Pain” in the Top 40 of the United Kingdom. In 2023, he recorded “Angel” for the soundtrack of the film Barbie.
In 2024, he canceled several tour dates citing the need to prioritize his physical health and general welfare. Announcing the rest, the singer of “Boy's a liar”, who had been supporting the titina of Glastonbury, Olivia Rodrigo on the Guts tour, told fans: “It is with the heaviest heart that unfortunately I have to announce that I will not be able to continue with the rest of my live shows this year to concentrate on my physical health and in general well -being.
“It seems that I have reached a wall through which I am struggling to penetrate.”
