An aspiring for the Governor of the Congress ticket of all the progressives, the engineer Kayode Eye, has said that he would defeat the titular governor, Abayomi Oyebanji, and other applicants in the primary that will be held next month.
Kayode Eye made the statement on Wednesday in Abuja while heading to journalists shortly after meeting with the seven -men projection team led by the Honorable Tunji Olawuyi.
The checks revealed that the panel had asked him questions about several requests before them.

The Property of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, said he did not bothered the requests, who said they were part of the intrigues in politics.
He described the projection panel as impartial party leaders.
He said: “In general, the projection was fine. The committee recognizes the fact that I am a high -level party of the party, a man of the central party and a non -repentant loyal of the president, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, our dear father. Everything that is recognized.
“However, as you know, as every battle, there will be people who want to take advantage of the undue advantage. They have presented several requests against me here, which I have to officially answer. And that will be done, of course, later. But there is no reason for alarm.
“They are only raising dust where there is no dust. We are all good, and we will all be good for the grace of God. We are going to deliver to Ekiti for Mr. President, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. We are in this race to win, and we are winning by the grace of God.”
He said he has no reservations about any of the primary modes that will be adopted by the National APC Work Committee for the appearance of his candidate in Ekiti before next year’s elections.
“Whatever the (primary) mode that the party decides, that is what we will follow. I am a man of the central party. I am with the party. And this election, you see, it is a decisive moment in the history of the state of Ekiti and the re -election of our dad, our drool, President Bola Tinubu. If the party accepts by a consensus, I will be the candidate for the consumption of candidate..“
