Emma Watson, better known for her role as Hermione Granger in Harry Potter's films, has been forbidden to drive for six months after being trapped by speeding.
Watson was registered leading 38 MPH in an area of 30 mph in Oxford on the night of July 31, 2024. At that time, he already had nine points in his driver's license, according to the court.
The 35 -year -old, who is currently studying for a master's degree in creative writing at the University of Oxford, received the order to pay a total of £ 1,044 during a brief hearing at the High Wycombe Magistrates court on Wednesday.
Although he did not attend the audience, his representatives were contacted to comment.
Watson jumped to fame in 2001 with Harry Potter and the philosopher stone, along with Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint. Then he appeared in the eight films, concluding in 2011. The district judge Arvind Sharma added three more points to the licenses of both actors, which leads to their automatic disqualification for six months.
