Four foreign UNILORIN students evaluated the coronavirus

As part of their proactive measures, four foreign students from Ilorin University, Kwara State, have been screened by the institution's Coronavirus Prevention Committee to ensure that they are free of pandemic disease.

The committee chairman, Dr. Adurotoye Idayat, who revealed this to journalists on the Ilorin University campus, said on Wednesday that three of the students were Ghanaians, while one was Chadian.

Meanwhile, the results have yet to be published.

She said that since the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic, the committee had put in place a preventive mechanism to ensure that no incidents were recorded.

Dr. Adurotoye explained that the committee has also planned to distribute hand sanitizers and other preventive kits at the institution.

He urged members of the university community to ensure that they observe a high level of environmental hygiene.
