Ganduje: Be careful, no one is indispensable for Tinubu – Del Momodu warns Akpabio

The veteran journalist and head of the Democratic Party of the Peoples (PDP), Dele Momodu, warned the president of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, to carefully step on the general elections of 2027, warning that no one is indispensable for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Momodu said this in a publication on his personal Facebook page on Tuesday, predicting that internal disputes would soon reach the failure of all the progressives of Congress (APC).

“I knew that this day would soon come when Katakata exploded within the ruling APC. Many of our political experts lack an adequate understanding of contemporary history.

“How could anyone think that Tinubu's style would ever change after capturing the state of lakes without consulting for 26 years?”

According to him, the speculation about Tinubu's assumption plan to replace Vice President Kashmi Shettima is not new, citing the case of the former governor of the state of Lagos, Akinwunmi Ambode.

“What is happening to Vice President Shettima today is not new; it happened to several vice governors in Lagos.

“Governor Ambode was the greatest victim, and Governor Sanwo-olu only escaped by little recently.”

Reacting to the recent resignation of Abdullahi Ganduje as national president of APC, Momodu said that more unexpected events will be developed, describing Ganduje as a tragic hero who took bullets for Tinubu.

“But sooner rather than later, more unexpected events will be developed.

“In Abdullahi Ganduje, he is a tragic hero who took bullets for Tinubu. But, like all lackeys, his usefulness has expired. My friend Akpabio should be careful,” he warned.

Continuing, the PDP Chieftain said that no politician should be indispensable, noting that current power belongs absolutely to Tinubu.

“This current power structure is absolutely for Tinubu. No one should deceive themselves: no one is indispensable and all are expendable when necessary.

“The prince does not entertain the competition. This is the Machiavelli season. More victims will fall on the battlefield. No one is sacred,” added Momodu.
