Gospel star Ife Ogunwumiju is bringing excitement to the festive season with the release of his latest project, “The Gift of Christmas Vol. 9”, which will be released on December 1.
This new edition of their long-running Christmas series features two new themes designed to energize celebrations and inspire worship during the holidays. The songs “Pa Rum Pum Pum Pum (Sound of Christmas)” and “IBA (An Offering of Pure Worship)” highlight Ogunwumiju’s musical versatility and dedication to creating uplifting, spirit-filled music.
“Pa Rum Pum Pum Pum” offers a cheerful and upbeat Christmas beat, while “IBA” offers a deeper, worshipful sound meant to draw listeners into sincere worship.
Ogunwumiju began her musical journey in children’s church choirs and transitioned to mainstream music in 2016, fully embracing gospel music in 2022. Since then, she has grown her influence as a contemporary gospel artist, known for songs that inspire hope, gratitude and spiritual reflection.
His discography includes “HYMNS Vol. 0,” “HYMNS Vol. 1” and nine installments of “The Gift of Christmas” series, which he has released consistently over the past decade. This series has become a seasonal favorite for families, choirs, and Christian music lovers who eagerly anticipate its refreshing holiday offerings each year.
Speaking about the new release, Ogunwumiju described Vol. 9 as a project inspired by joy, reflection and the message of the birth of Christ. He emphasized that the two songs are meant to bring warmth, adoration and celebration to listeners during the Christmas season.
