“It is necessary to increase the quality of Nigeria cocoa in the world market”

After the increase in the global cocoa price in the international market, the need to improve the quality of products in Nigeria to meet world standards has been described as important and necessary.

The managing director of the Johnvents Group group, a multinational group of agribusiness and manufacturing, John Alamu, emphasized this while talking about the quality of Nigerian cocoa and other agricultural products.

Alamu revealed that Johnvents Group has been working to improve the quality of Nigeria cocoa and others produce overtime for acceptability in the world market.

Alamu revealed that the efforts to improve the products led to the acquisition of premium cocoa products (Ile-Oluji), the state of Ondo, the oldest cocoa processing plant in Nigeria with a capacity of 30,000 MT by Johnvents Group.

He explained that since its bold beginnings in 2016, Johnvents Group has become a transnational power of agribusiness and manufacturing, defending sustainable development throughout the agricultural value chain in Africa and beyond.

According to him, the acquisition and revitalization of premium cocoa products (ILE-OLUJI) emphasized the group's commitment to preserve heritage while offering products that meet international standards.

The Chief of the Johnvents group also explained that the objective of improving Nigeria agricultural products led the group to diversify even more with the acquisition of noble-eagle industries Limited, a FMCG manufacturing company of rapidly growing, in 2023.

He said that edible oils, cereals, animals for animals, seasoned cubes and bottle water occur from their lines.

The acquisition, according to him, added scale and versatility to the manufacturing capacities of the group, satisfying the evolutionary needs of consumers and distributors in Western Africa.

In addition, Johnvents Group officially launched his identity throughout the group, gathering more than eight subsidiaries in twelve countries in Africa, Asia and the EAU, and the trade of more than 25 products and products.

Meanwhile, in a movement to support its growing international footprint, Johnvents Industries DMCC (JID) was established in Dubai as the International Group Shopping Center.

JID supervises the supply and exports of more than 12 countries, connecting African products with partners in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
