Police have confirmed the release of the hijacked Egyptian national city without the payment of the rescue in less than 24 hours, in an operation in Ibadan, Oyo, on Tuesday.

The joint rescue operation, according to the police report, was carried out by gallant officers of 4 PMF Ibadan, qualified command: intelligence operations and tactical operational with local guards and extensive collaborations with the OGUN State Police Command.
The statement is read in part: “Through careful planning, intelligence analysis and a quick response, combined teams successfully located the kidnapped individual after an extensive search for forests and border areas between Ogun and Oyo.
“The rescue operation achieved the victim’s safe return without a rescue was exchanged. The victim would meet with his family after undergoing all the necessary medical interventions at the Police Hospital, Eleyele.
