Violence broke out on Saturday at the inauguration of an ADC Transition Committee formed by opposition matches in Kaduna.
Suspicion of thugs invaded the place, attacking the participants and damaging the property.
Several people were injured and the vehicles were destroyed.
Despite the chaos, the inauguration of the ADC committee in Kaduna continued in tense conditions.

Attendees accused the police not acting, claiming complicity.
Nasir El-Rufai, former governor of Kaduna, described the attack as “a dangerous descent towards illegality.”
“If the authorities do not end the introduction of the matrix in Kaduna’s policy, God helps us. No one has the monopoly of violence or thugs.
“We will take decisive measures to ensure that this is not repeated,” said El-Rufai.
He promised to climb the matter to the Police Service Commission, accusing the police to violate his duty.
Jafaru Sani, National Vice President of ADC (Northwest), condemned violence, saying: “We will never be intimidated or forced to retire. We will continue to chase our political activities with all the energy and commitment we have.”
Yahaya Baba-Pate, secretary of APC in Kaduna, denied any participation of the ruling party, saying: “The ADC and other opposition groups are free to carry out their activities without harassment.“
