A police spokesman described MacDonagh as a white man, about 5 feet 9 inches high, medium construction, with ginger hair and facial hair. It was last seen with clusters gray pants and a white vest.
Casey is described as a white man, also around 5 feet and 9 inches high, small construction, with black hair, light facial hair, mustache and a knob. It was last seen in a gray tracksuit.
