Earlier, Dr Hussaini Yakubu Anka, Executive Secretary, Zamfara State Primary Health Care Board, stated that the state government under the leadership of Governor Dauda Lawal would spare no effort to ensure that all eligible children receive the vaccine.
“Traditional leaders, religious leaders and community leaders were used to enlighten the subjects and ensure the success of the immunization exercise in the state.” he mentioned
He praised partners such as UNICEF, WHO, e-health, Sultan foundation, Solina and Chigagari foundation for their support in ensuring the well-being of the people and successful vaccination in the state.
