Former Big Brother Naija reality star Mercy Eke says that her body surgeries were worth it.
Mercy has had several surgeries: a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), liposuction (removing fat), and lip augmentation (changing her lips).
In a recent talk on the ‘Love Is A Game’ podcast, she said, “At first, I did the surgeries because it was popular. I had my body surgery in 2018.
“I did it because of trends and pressure from friends. I actually had a nice body before. I was slim with curves, just like many African women. Maybe my tummy was a bit big.
“I was scared when I decided to do the surgery. I didn’t tell my mom. I went with two friends. It hurt a lot. You can’t sleep on your butt for two weeks. You have to lie on your stomach. That’s really hard. After the surgery, you might cry for three days. But it’s worth it.”
Mercy also made it clear that she didn’t have any surgery on her face. She says she’s naturally beautiful.
