The Nigerian music star, Tiwa Savage, has announced that its long -awaited fourth studio album, this is personal, will be launched on August 29.
The award -winning singer revealed the news through his page X, describing the project of 15 tracks as deeply significant after almost three years of work.
“My album is launching this Friday and means the world for me, and I want us to share this trip together,” Savage wrote. “I will answer your questions about the music, the process and the stories behind it. Leave your questions with #thisoneispersonal, and I will choose some to answer.”
During the fans’ question and answers session, the creator of successes’ Kele Kele Love ‘described the songs of the album as “Love, healing and heartbreak”.
She revealed that the project presents three guest artists and admitted to having thrown tears while recording the opening song.
Since its debut, Savage has established itself as one of the most influential artists in Africa, with a career that has won international recognition and multiple awards.
This is personal will follow your previous albums, Once Upon A Time (2013), Red (2015) and Celia (2020).
