The governor of the state of Bauchi, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has reaffirmed his total loyalty to the Democratic Party (PDP) of the peoples and their leadership, saying that no political party can match the PDP.
The governor announced this on Sunday while receiving the newly elected Executive Council of the Northeast PDP area at the Government’s house, Bauchi. He said the efforts to rebuild the PDP in a strong opposition party were constantly gaining ground.
Governor Mohammed assured the new zonal executives of his continuous support for all initiatives aimed at joining the party members, in line with the vision of leadership for the region.
He also reformulated his commitment to the ideals of the PDP and to work with the leadership of the party at all levels throughout the country. According to him, his administration will continue to prioritize the development and progress in the state of Bauchi and the Northeast.
The new executive members of Zonal PDP elected the governor for their leadership and expressed their confidence in their ability to boost growth within the State and the region.
They reaffirmed their loyalty to the party and promised to work together to reposition the PDP for future electoral victories.
Directed by the Zonal President, Babamgida Modibbo Aliyu, the delegation thanked the governor for organizing the meeting and for his constant support for the party.
The new executives also approved a vote of confidence in the leadership of Governor Balance Mohammed, praising their ability to unite people and promote development in the state.
