The APC governorate candidate, Mr. Valentine Ozigbo, has said that he is sure he would defeat Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo in the next election of Anambra governance if the Court replaces it with Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu as the candidate of the Congress of all progressives (APC).
Tribune Nigerian gathered that Ozigbo had dragged Ukachukwu to the courts after the primary election of the party, claiming not Ukachukwu won the elections for the candidate of the party.
He averaged not yield to pursue his mandate, claiming that even if the court ruled in his favor only two weeks to the elections of November 8, he would continue and stepped on the titular governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo.

During an interview with the personality of the media, Uche Nworah at Lagos Airport on Tuesday, Ozigbo said: “We are in court to challenge the candidacy of Nicholas Ukachukwu. We have been in the Superior Court and in the Court of Appeals. People tell me that there is no more time, even if I eliminated it, I will not have time for the campaign and that I came, but that I have only two weeks. We are going to win the time.
“The good news is that people look forward to that they come to fix anambra, and the bad news now is that Soludo is making the elections as if they had no challenger, because he knows not
“People want to hear what I am going to do differently in insecurity, infrastructure, education and medical care, but I always say that people expect to ask this person first. People can pay the consultants to write manifestos for them; that I will do this, I will do it, but can they be trustworthy? What is their level of emotional intelligence?
“I am an investor, and I know that if he invests in the wrong person, Soludo told us about the construction of an African Dubai Taiwan. Where is today? The true question is who is Soludo? It should not have been confident with power in the first place.
“I am better prepared than him because at least I agree that I do not know certain things, I know my weaknesses and my positive sides.”
On whether he will support Ukachukwu if the issue of the Court does not come out on his way, he said: “If the party makes a mistake, I will leave the party in mistake, that does not mean that I will leave the party.”
“There is life beyond the next elections. Some people already condemned me for joining APCs and thought that leaving the Labor Party was suicide, but in the fullness of time, they discovered that it was the best decision of my life,” Ozigbo told.
