At the end of its meeting held on Friday in Awka, the forum adopted a resolution that expresses its satisfaction that the ADC was directing the coalition agenda, which they described as the compass for a new political movement in the state and beyond.

In his comments, the national president of the ADC and leader of the coalition, chief Ralphs Okyy Nwosu, said that what takes place today is the result of more than twenty years of thorough work and insomnia nights.
He revealed that former chief president Olusegun Obasanjo has expressed confidence in the emerging political structure and has played a vital role in the anchor, believing that he should be housed within the ADC, a party that sees as one with a difference.
Chief Nwosu also revealed that, as the former president, the presidential candidate of Labor Party 2023, Mr. Peter Obi, is also interested in seeing that the coalition is successful under the ADC, stating that it represents what Nigeria needs at this time.
Praising Anambra's interested parties for their commitment to the vision of the coalition, Nwosu thanked them for their resilience and dedication.

The Forum also nominated a former speaker of the House of the Assembly of the State of Anambra, Barr. Benchuks Nwosu, as president, and Prof. (Mrs.) Zelunjo Igweze as secretary, who signed the statement.
