A 13 -year -old girl, Nuhu, whose right eye was supposedly disfigured by her tutor, Mrs. Joyce Onyinye, has been rescued by a human rights organization in the state of IMO.
The organization known as Stand for Humanity Foundation, through its founder, Chidiebube Okeoma, revealed to our correspondent that the girl has been admitted to the Medical Center of the State University in Owerri, for urgent medical care.
In addition, he revealed that preliminary research by doctors showed that the child cannot see anything with the affected right eye.
According to Okeoma, the minor who was said to be an indigenous Kaduna's indigenous, told police officers in the state criminal investigation department in Owerri that his 30 -year -old tutor used the rope of a laptop to inflict the injury.
The founder of the organization said that its foundation obtained the track of some worried citizens who live in the same neighborhood with the child.
He explained that the child, while recounted his terrible experience with the worried citizens, revealed that his lady was dehumanizing her and had a fact in fact, inflicted injuries in one of her eyes, but she feared that she signaled her interviewers not to tell her the lady so that she did not overcome her anymore.
“When obtaining the track, we quickly went to the headquarters of the State Police command in Owerri and reported the matter.

According to the Human Rights Foundation, the minor was interviewed by police and she reiterated that the injury was inflicted by her tutor.
The Guardian, when he was interviewed by the Police, made a confessional statement admitting that she hit her but refused to recognize that it was as a result of the flagellation that damaged the right eye of the girl.
Police ordered the child to be taken to the hospital.
“We take it to the State Health Insurance Agency, where we register it in the free health insurance agency for vulnerable children.
“The agency's executive secretary, Dr. Uche Ewelike, gave an express approval taking into account that the girl's condition sent her to the State University Medical Center in Owerri for admission and Camel Eye Clinic in Tetlow for her ocular exam.” Okeoma said more.
Later, the woman was awarded an administrative bond because she is an infant mother, but she was told that she was available every time the police need her presence.
The founder of the organization used the time to advise against abuse and dehumanization of children of any kind.
“If you can no longer tolerate a child's excesses, please take her parents. He has no right to hit any son, even who gave birth.
“We will continue fighting the children hitting until we win it completely. No child deserves to be dehumanized. Not even their bottom state will guarantee anyone who hits them,” he advised.
