Anambra: State Government Confirms Soludo Has Not Announced Plans for Second Term Run

Must Read

Mr. Law Mefor, who works with Anambra State’s information department, said that the state’s governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, hasn’t said he wants to be governor again after his current time is up.

Some people thought Soludo wanted another chance to be governor, but that’s not true.

Mr. Mefor spoke to reporters on Wednesday and said that although Soludo hasn’t announced plans to run again, many people want him to because he’s doing a good job.

He explained, “Soludo hasn’t said he’s running again because he’s very busy making things better for everyone in the state.”

“I am among those who will try to convince him to run, and if he does, I will make sure he wins because he has been the kind of leader that people in Anambra want.”

“Everything looks good for Soludo. He comes from a part of Anambra called Anambra South, and our local rules say that he can have a second chance as governor.”

“If Soludo decides to run again, I believe he will win because instead of making promises, he will show people all the good things he has already done.”

“Soludo has every right to try for another term. Those who think they can beat him are the same ones who tried before he was governor and he defeated them.”

“Why would they win now, especially when he can show all the great stuff he’s done for Anambra?”

“Soludo has real accomplishments in Anambra. All he needs is to show people what he has achieved, and they will want him to be governor again,” Mr. Mefor said.
