Liverpool’s player, Mohamed Salah, is now the best African goal scorer ever in the Champions League.
On Wednesday night, Salah helped his team, Liverpool, win against Bologna with a score of 2-0.
First, Salah made a perfect pass, helping his teammate Alexis Mac Allister score the first goal. This made the score 1-0.
Later, Salah scored a beautiful and skillful goal from inside the penalty area. This was his 45th goal in the Champions League.
With this goal, Salah has scored more than Didier Drogba, a past player from Chelsea, who had 44 goals.
Another past famous player, Samuel Eto’o, who played for Barcelona and Inter Milan, is in third place with 30 goals.
