The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced a new list of reviewed service rates scheduled to enter into force as of August 1, 2025.
According to a public notice issued on Tuesday, the reviewed service rates are the result of an exhaustive review of economic realities, the increase in operational costs and consultations with interested parties.
The Commission explained that the adjustment is aligned with its efforts to improve the provision of services, maintain operational efficiency and guarantee sustainable growth amid inflationary pressures.
