Contract Termination: Turkish Club Caykur Rizespor Ends Agreement with Azubuike

The Turkish football team, Caykur Rizespor, has ended their contract with Nigerian player Azubuike Okechukwu.

They shared the news on their official website on Thursday.

“We have agreed to part ways with Azubuike,” the club said on their website.

“We want to thank Okechukwu Godson Azubuike for everything he did for our team, and we wish him good luck in his future.”

Azubuike, who is 27 years old, joined Caykur Rizespor last summer from another Turkish team, Istanbul Basaksehir.

He played in 14 league games for Caykur Rizespor as a defensive midfielder.

Now, he is expected to join another Turkish team, Erzurumspor, which plays in the First Division.
