Toyosi Etim Effiong, wife of Nollywood actor Daniel Etim Effiong, has said she does not see infidelity as a sufficient reason to end their marriage, explaining that her views are determined by faith and commitment to her home.
She shared this position while speaking on a recent episode of the Toke Moments podcast, where she discussed marriage, relationships, and personal values.
According to Toyosi, cheating alone does not justify leaving a marriage, adding that prayer and spiritual support are more important to her in dealing with challenges.

“For me, cheating is not a deal breaker. I even created a prayer group, Wives of Entertainers Prayer Group, to pray for our husbands so that Jezebels don’t burden them,” she said.
He explained that instead of leaving his marriage due to infidelity, he chooses to rely on faith and prayer as tools to protect his home and strengthen his relationship.
Toyosi also said that love, patience and good communication are essential to sustain a marriage, and emphasized that both spouses must make conscious efforts to understand each other.
