Jigawa's state branch of the Popular Democratic Party (PDP) has begun preparations to join the political coalition proposed through the creation of Coordinating Committees of the State and Local Government to update the movement in the State.
This was revealed by the president of the state of Jigawa of the Coordinating Committee for the PDP coalition process, Dr. Aminu Abdullahi Taura, while talking with Tribune Online shortly after inaugurating the coordinating committees of the local government in the 27 areas of the local government of the State in Dutse.
He said: “The Popular Democratic Party (PDP) in the state of Jigawa is preparing to join the coalition.”
Dr. Aminu Abdullahi Taura explained that “after all the consultations and discussions that we resolve and agreed to unite the coalition for the search for Nigeria and the Nigerians. Work and send to the current APC government and return the lost national security, peace, unity and stability.”
According to him, “after making decisions to join the coalition, we met and inaugurated the State Coordination Committee to supervise the process of elements of the members for the PDP, ultimately, join the coalition under my humble me. And as you can see, we will inaugurate the same at the level of the local government.”
“The local government committees have had the mandate to go at the level of poliating units and units to form some committees that would have very solid ready for members who apparently move to the coalition when the time comes.”
The president said: “There is currently a continuous meeting between our leaders and the leaders of the Coalition Group in Abuja. Our leader Alhaji Suke Lick is in Abuja since Monday in the formation of a solid movement that APC can face.”
He argued that all in terms of the PDP as opposition are involved, and added: “And we are optimistic that many others from the ruling APC will join our movement. We have a final hope of award to President Bola Tinubu and all other bad leaders under the god of the APC.

Dr. Taura emphasized that, “then, as we are making a very perfect plan and arrangements to join the coalition strongly from the Polling Units to the state level, we also hope that our leaders will finish arrangements for the next line of actions.”
He praised the members of the party and their political associates for their patience, support and understanding, saying: “Therefore, I ask all the members of our great PDP of the party in the state to remain in the calf and join the victory is by our side. To wait for the next line of actions.”
