American reality television star and business mogul Kim Kardashian has revealed that she has a brain aneurysm.
The revelation came during the premiere of The Kardashians’ seventh season, which aired on Thursday.
In a preview clip from the episode titled “It Feels Like Old Times,” the 45-year-old is seen undergoing a brain scan. “There’s like a small aneurysm,” Kardashian says as medical images of her brain appear on a monitor.
Her sister, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, reacts to the revelation with a surprised: “Wow.” Kim responds, “They say, ‘Just stress,'” before adding, “People think I have the luxury of leaving.”
In another scene, he admits, “This week has been the hardest of my life.”
As of press time, details about Kardashian’s condition remain unclear. His representatives, including his agent, publicist and attorney, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
A brain aneurysm occurs when a weakened blood vessel in the brain swells outward, looking like a blister.
While many aneurysms remain harmless, a rupture can cause bleeding in the brain, a life-threatening condition known as hemorrhagic stroke.
Kardashian, a billionaire businesswoman, has built her fortune through reality television, social media influence, and her successful cosmetics and shapewear companies.
She first gained prominence through the hit series Keeping Up with the Kardashians and filed for divorce from rapper Kanye West in 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage.
They share four children.
