He revealed that getting married in 2012 and having his first child in 2013 made him reconsider fully committing to music at that stage of his life.

He said: “For different reasons, you know, I think I wanted something different when I was thinking about my future and the kind of life I wanted.

“I got married in 2012 and had my first child in 2013, so looking back then, I really don’t think I would have the kind of life I wanted if I continued to focus on music.

He continued: “I was one of those types of people who got into music not because I wanted to be a musician, but simply because I really liked music and I was able to make songs that people liked.”

He said, “You know what’s funny, every time I say I’m going to go back in the studio, something crazy will happen in my life, it’s crazy. So I’m like, God, do you really want me to do this? Maybe you don’t want me to do this.” So you go out and people say, Naeto C, your music and I say, what is it?
