Neca is ready to celebrate the 4th Summit of Nigeria employers

The Advisory Association of Employers of Nigeria (NECA), the focal voice of the business in Nigeria, will celebrate the fourth edition of the Nigeria employers summit between Wednesday, June 25 and Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the Continental Hotel de Abuja, territory of the Federal Capital, Abuja.

The summit with the theme “that allows a sustainable company in a transition economy; aligning fiscal, commercial and regulatory reforms for rapid national development will have different thematic areas that include taxes, ESG and sustainability, trade and investments and regulations.

It is expected that the 2025 edition of the Summit present to the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, its excellence, Kashim Shettima, such as the special guest of honor along with other industry giants, policy influencers, executives with vision of the future and innovative thinkers.

According to Adewale Smatt-Yerinde, general director of the Advisory Association of Employers of Nigeria (NECA), the summit is not only another event but a movement that will shape the future of employment of Africa.

Smatt-Yerinde added that the Summit would allow participants, including CEOs, technological innovators, businessmen and human resources leaders, the opportunity to establish contacts with the main actors in the industry, obtain information on work trends, explore technology and innovation for the transformation of the workplace and shape the agenda of the Economic Labor Force of Africa.
