Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, popularly known as Portable, who rose to fame with the 2021 hit ‘Zazoo Zeh’ alongside Olamide and dancer Poco Lee, took to Instagram to express his frustration with the rapper.
“I believe in God, in my phone and in my sub. Any disappointment is a blessing, Zazuu, I am an international blessing, I have a fan base,” he wrote.
“If you forget me, my God, don’t forget me. God bless Skepta, my helper, who will take me from where they stop.
“I love those who love you Support those who support you, they are fit to take a job from you, make them still hate you because you are not mumu. If you spoil me for those who love me, you will die young. Zazuu turns a local rapper into an international rapper, a local dancer, a ripper, a friend of Ole na Ole ZEHNATION, lots and lots of inspiration. When my time comes, you won’t be able to stop me.
“Olamide Badoo regretted why he didn’t sign me or take me to my side again just because I fight for my own right.
“God of Zazuu is also coming for you, those who block my paths. I believe I can fly, star, don’t pray to shine. God sent me my international helper so that I can be bigger than them.”
This isn’t the first time Portable has publicly criticized other artists, continuing a pattern of airing their grievances online.
