The Bala Government presents Aiyedatiwa to the investor

The governor of the state of Bauchi, Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, on Friday made a work visit to the State of Ondo, during which he met with his counterpart, the governor of the state of Ondo, fortunate Aiyedatiwa, in the Government's house, Akure.

Governor Mohammed was accompanied by Dr. Abbas Waziri, managing director of resident of Cement and a key investor that currently established a cement factory in the state of Bauchi.

During the meeting, Governor Balance Mohammed praised Lucky Aiyedatiwa for his visionary leadership, noting that his development agendas have surprising similarities.

He said that the governor's vision is closely aligned with the “My Bauchi Project”, a plan focused on attracting investments, developing critical infrastructure and increasing internal income, thus reducing the excessive dependence on federal allocations.

By presenting Dr. Abbas Waziri, the Governor of the State of Bauchi explained that the investor is building a cement factory in the state of Bauchi and now intends to expand to the state of Ondo, with plans to invest in the petrochemical industry and establish a fertilizer plant.

In response, Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa welcomed the delegation, thanking Governor Balance Mohammed for making the effort to present the investor personally.

He also praised the governor of Bauchi for his visible development advances, who said he has been continuing with great interest.

Speaking to the press after the meeting, Dr. Abbas Waziri revealed that his petrochemical project proposed in Ondo is estimated at $ 2.6 billion.
