The main democratic party of opposition peoples (PDP) has condemned what it described as a horrible murder of 200 lives in the state of Benue.
The party is a statement signed by the Secretary of National Advertising, Hon. I must omologunagba, said President Ahmed Tinubu, has not been worrying about the massacre in Benue.
He alleged that the unimportant disposition of the embolden president to the terrorist for the alleged complicity of the Congress of all progressives (APC).

The statement is read in part:
“The Democratic Party of the Peoples (PDP) in very strong terms condemns the horrible massacre of more than 200 Nigerians, including children in the state of Benue, who describe it as another horrible chapter in the history of our nation under the government of all the progressives of Congress (APC).
“The PDP is alarmed by the reports of how terrorists and bandits invaded and invaded the communities in a series of coordinated daily bloody attacks, unleashing violence, killing hundreds of defatriots defatriots without suspending, while President Bola Ahmed president led by the APC remains without concert.
“It is clear that the assailants waddle the communities in several states of our country are being emboldened by the lethargic security approach of President Tinubu, as well as the alleged complicity of the APC that he has not been able to decisively face the situation given his connection informed with the terrorist interests.
“It is traumatic to see the images and bloody videos of Nigerians who were killed in cold blood in the state of Benue and other parts of the country, while President Tinubu and the APC continue as if everything was fine.
President Tinubu must be responsible for the murders in Nigeria, not having demonstrated the will and expected commitment of a commander in chief in the fight against terrorism in our country.
“On the other hand, it has remained largely distant and I resort to spend the money with its assistants issuing fucking press statements without a corresponding urgent presidential action to guarantee the safety of citizens.
“The obvious fact is that President Tinubu and the APC are overwhelmed and have abandoned the safety and well -being of citizens, which are the main purpose of the Government. Instead, they focus on illusory politics and re -election in 2027 while leaving the nation at the mercy of the exhaustives who have killed more than 600,000 Nigerians in the last two years.
“The PDP accuses President Tinubu to put an end to his lethargic security approach. He should show leadership as commander in chief and lead from the front immediately visiting the problematic communities in the state of Benue and take decisive measures to end the murders in the country.
“However, the PDP praises our security forces for its gallantry and sacrifices to assure our nation, especially under an incompetent commander in chief.
“Our party becomes deeply sympathized with the families of the victims of meaningless murders in the state of Benue and other parts of our country and urges our security agencies not to give in their effort to guarantee the safety of lives and property in Nigeria,” the party said.
